Prize system “FLASH-JOKER”

The prize system “FLASH-Joker” is a system of rewarding players for the result of the game. If the player according to the results of the game received a “prize result”, he is to be awarded bonus bonuses in his mobile application.

The prize system FLASH-Joker can be used by anyone who has previously downloaded the mobile application. The prize system “FLASH-Joker” is applied on any day of the week and at any time interval of the day. The “FLASH-Joker” prize system is used for all tariffs except free ones.

Visitors who paid for a bowling game using discount cards for rewarding according to the FLASH-Joker system are NOT ALLOWED.

Also, the results obtained during the tournaments are not subject to prize awards.

To accrue prize bonuses in the mobile application, the player who received the prize result must contact the reception (to the operator / administrator).

The system of crediting bonuses has not yet been automated, so prize bonuses are awarded within 48 hours from the time a visitor contacts the reception.

To control the accrual of prize bonuses in the mobile application, the visitor has the right to require the bowling operator (administrator of the bowling club) to print out their own prize results with a view to presenting them later in case bonus bonuses are not credited.

The owner of the mobile application can use the received prize bonuses to purchase gifts presented in the “FLASHBOWL” mobile application, according to the rules of the loyalty system.

Using the app, you can at each visit to our bowling, get bonuses and exchange them for services, meals and drinks presented in the app.
Here you can play bowling, billiards, sing karaoke or just relax in our restaurant.
How to earn points?

1. When paying for the order, show the waiter or cashier the “regular guest electronic card” in the mobile application and receive points (20% of the total amount of the check).

Points can be credited to the application for up to 5 minutes, in some cases, the accrual time may take up to a day (in case of high server load).

2. Play bowling and knock out strikes or prize combinations.

* To get FlashJOKER points, you need to contact the bowling operator and inform your prize result, track number and ID specified in the profile of the mobile application (points will be awarded during the day).

3. We give 250 points for a birthday. (Points automatically burn out after 7 days from the date of birthday)**

** Gift points are awarded since 00:00 hours from the moment the application is downloaded.

1 point is equal to 1 UAH.

How to get gifts?

To receive a gift for points from the “Kitchen” / “Bar” category, notify the waiter when placing an order.

To receive a gift for points “Bowling” / “Billiard”, notify the bowling operator when registration bowling alley/ a pool table.*

* upon receipt of a gift for Bowling / Billiards points, the first hour is issued for points, and the second hour is paid by the guest for the current rate for that hour.

IMPORTANT!!! The sum of the cost of goods ordered for points should not exceed half the value of the order.

The visitor must decide and declare a desire to purchase goods (services) for points when placing an order. 

At the time of calculation, it is not possible to pay part of the bill with points.

3200 BC – Egyptians play a primitive form of bowling.
200-300 ne. – German monks presented bowling to the public as a religious ritual. Martin Luther standardized the game, called it “pins,” and brought the number of pins to 9.

1455 – the first indoor bowling center was built in central London.

1555 – bowling centers were closed because they were used as places for “illegal gatherings.”
1611 – Captain James Smith returned to his colony in Jamestown, Virginia, and discovered that the colonists were starving, but were happy to play bowling. The game was quickly declared illegal, and for insubordination threatened up to three weeks in custody.
1623 – The Dutch enjoyed playing bowling (9 pins) in their colony New York.
